2) Include your URL on every piece of correspondence you send. This includes your physical work environment as well. Incorporate your URL into your signature line, business cards, letterhead, and envelopes.
3) Post articles on article submission sites such as Ezine Articles. These sites will allow you to incorporate a link to your site into a keyword-rich article. Article marketing will direct instant traffic from the links and will aid in search engine optimization efforts.
4) Start commenting on other people’s blogs. Incorporate your URL into the signature line so that you can build inbound links while exposing a new audience to your business.
5) Create profiles on social networking sites. In addition to the main sites such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, you should also create profiles on lesser-known social sites. Even if the site gets very little traffic, you can still get a free inbound link by creating a profile.

7) Post Craigslist ads. Although Craigslist technically prohibits users from posting direct URLs, marketers can still bend the rules to get a link included. Try leaving out the http:// or spelling out dot com. You can also embed a URL into an image you upload with your ad.
