Without a great article title/headline, the rest of the article really matters very little because it likely won’t get read. So it’s important to constantly be improving your ability to write compelling articles in order to grow your network marketing business to the point that you want it to be.
So Here Are 3 Tips for Better Article Headlines…
1) Use Keywords in Your Titles… When you’re writing your article you’ll be doing so around certain keywords or key phrases. You want to always use those in your article title – preferably in the beginning – so that the search engines know that this is what your article is about and rank it high for that very keyword. (Of course you’ll want to sprinkle that keyword around in your article body as well, but don’t overdue it or else it’s just spammy and annoying to your reader).
2) Use Benefits in Your Headlines… Tell the potential exactly why they want to read your article. In other words, what’s this article going to do for them, and why should they care? Let them know what benefit they’ll get from reading your articles. For instance you probably want to grow your network marketing downline and therefore me putting that in my title of this article made you want to read this article. I mean, who doesn’t want to grow their downline for their network marketing business?
3) Use Longer Titles… You get a pretty good amount of characters to use for your article titles. Why more people don’t use that space I don’t know, but a) It gives you more room to say what you want to say and spell out the benefits of your article and b) longer articles titles get more attention in a sea of shorter article titles on an article directory homepage. So use the space you’re allowed to the fullest.
